We’re hosting an informal brainstorming session where all members are invited to bring their seeds of creativity to the community garden. What is it you want to see more of at monthly meetings? What is it you want to see less of? This is your chance to voice a little bit of what you’d like to receive as an Editors BC member.

Standards bodies like Editors Canada are publishing guidelines based on a growing mass of evidence about how people read and process information. Readers are increasingly demanding the right to understand the material they need for various purposes. Communicators are seeing the benefits of using plain language to reach their target audiences. And organizations of all kinds are looking for more plain language support.

Transitioning and Connecting: An Emerging Editor’s Journey (Part 2)
