An eagle eye for errors is the superpower of professional problem-finders . . . until it starts negatively affecting our relationships and health. Boundary skills help limit the perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing that lead to burnout. In this session, you’ll learn what Yes, No, and Maybe feel like and how to use that sensory data to inform your business practices.
About the speaker
Kyra Nabeta is the founder of Nabetafish Editing and Tactile Edge Boundaries Training. As a recovering overachiever, she knows first-hand the self-pressure to do everything perfectly, coupled with the guilt of inevitable mistakes, the resentment that forms from always going the extra mile, and the fear that the grind will never end. She looks forward to sharing the tips and tools that got her out of that cycle and made life enjoyable again.
